Applications:Like a stove fixed on the wall.

Semi-portable installations of units radiator  LIKE A STOVE FIXED ON THE WALL.

semi portable

– Heating installation with microboiler on a radiator at an old building on separate radiators in simple closed networks, like stoves fixed on the wall with separate device for each heating body.

You see the connection position of the microboiler on the heating body and the filling pipe of the closed network. In this case, we suggest the filling of the radiator to be with distilled water for longer lifetime of the resistor.

– This is the ideal heating solution for tenants of old residences that do not have central heating, since when they change residence, they may easily transfer it to their new one, while the only problem they have is that they have to empty and refill it after its new installation, so as to be easily transferred due to its weight.

– The dimensions of the heating body (radiator) should be in the case of operation like a stove, in order to achieve the best return of energy in the space and so as not to overheat, that is to say to remain lukewarm at the bottom part throughout its period of operation are: 1) for the M500 device of 0.5 kw: 22-900-500, 2) for the Μ1000 device of 1 kw: 22-900-900 and 3) for the Μ1500 device of 1,5 kw: 33-900-900.

Installation instruction regarding the microboiler connection to the radiator in a half-portable unit

You will have to buy the microboiler, a radiator 22-800-500 for 0.5 kw and a microboiler 0.5 kw, or respectively a radiator 22-900-900 for 1 kw and a microboiler 1 kw, or respectively a radiator 33-900-900 for 1.5 kw and a microboiler 1.5 kw, [ of course depending on the needs of the space, the dimensions of the body can be changed while keeping the corresponding capacity (Mcal / h)], a male bronze bend 2 X ½, a chromised female level switch ½, a connector, straight female bronze pipe fitting ½, a tee, an air vent (usually contained in the package of the radiator), a safety backdraft valve of 4 atmospheres, a tip ½, a bronze male pipe fitting for one-pipe system Φ16-½, and rib Φ16 of 0.8 meters for one-pipe system and canvas or teflon seal tape. After you hang the radiator against the wall, using the special support basis contained in its package, connect every part on the heater, as you may see at the photo without the air vent, fill with distilled water and place the air vent, turn off the switch and in order to start operation by connecting the plug to the current. In practice, after it has operated for some time, and in case it seems to wrongly distribute the temperature to the heater, it is possible venting and water fill up to be required. In any case, fill up with water when the radiator is cold and when the switch is on its level should not exceed the bend; that is to say, there should be 2-3 centimeters of air under the ball for relief of the internal pressure. Attention!!! We do never turn on the switch when the radiator works as it will eject hot water. When we have completed these works, we plug the switch for security reasons by using one of the plastic protective plugs that we remove from the heated when taking if off its original package.

New installations

Microboilers installation at a new building

– You see the connection position of the microboiler and the filling supply for the radiators from a simple water supply.

– Classic installations with double pipes, panel-boards with collectors, shunts etc. are with drawn and of course you avoid the purchase and installation of central boiler.

– The only thing you need is a simple water supply leading to all the radiators for their filling and at the entrance of this line, a safety clip with automatic filling with reducer and pressure indication and with an automatic air vent.

Abolished for not needed more
